Coastal Residence
A complete interior transformation of a charming period property on the Kent coast – reimagined as a luxurious boutique retreat that balances the relaxed ease of coastal living with genuine design ambition. Every room was approached with care and intention, from the plush layered bedrooms and considered soft furnishings to the open-plan living spaces that invite guests to slow down, settle in, and experience the best of the Kent coastline.
Georgian Residence
The sensitive interior design of an impressive Grade II listed Georgian farmhouse in Kent – a project that required equal respect for the building’s historic character and the contemporary needs of a growing family. Atlantic Interiors brought a considered, layered approach to the interiors, working in harmony with the property’s extended open-plan layout and the elegance of its original Georgian proportions.
Len House
A landmark residential and commercial development in the heart of Maidstone – the ambitious restoration and transformation of the Grade II listed former Rootes Building into 80 contemporary apartments and a vibrant new public square. Atlantic Interiors was engaged to develop the interior design direction for the luxury apartment specification, ensuring that the scheme’s art deco heritage is celebrated throughout every living space.
Kitchen Orangery
The complete reimagining of a family home’s ground floor – replacing a dated L-shaped conservatory with a grand, light-filled open-plan kitchen and orangery extension. Atlantic Interiors worked alongside the project team to design an interior scheme that flows effortlessly between the existing house and the new structure, bringing warmth, texture, and a strong sense of considered living to every corner of the space.
