Atlantic Interiors was engaged to develop the interior design specification for the luxury apartment tier of this landmark Art Deco development – establishing a design language that honours the building’s remarkable heritage through material choices, colour palette, and finishing detail. The original Crittall windows, high ceilings, and retained period features provided a powerful starting point; our role was to build an interior world around those elements that felt intentional, cohesive, and worthy of the architecture.
